Each menu for two is served with a bottle of Simon Rogan Exton Park Rosé - a blend of 70% pinot noir and 30% pinot meunier. this distinctive wine was vinified by very slow direct pressing of the grapes to obtain its subtle flavour and delicate floral fruit flavours. 11.5%vol
